These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from The Luxury Firepit Co. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
PRODUCTS
We supply luxury fire pits, burners, and related accessories. Please note that we do not provide installation services. All installation must be carried out by the customer or their appointed contractor, and in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. This applies to both standard products and bespoke/custom orders. Prices are displayed in GBP (£).
DELIVERY
Our delivery terms, lead times, and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which you should review before placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For details on cancellations, returns, and refunds, please refer to our dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are excluded from cancellation and returns, except in cases of manufacturing fault.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Fire pits purchased with an all-weather cover benefit from an extended 24-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, failure to follow care/installation instructions, or modifications by third parties.
LIABILITY
The Luxury Firepit Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe installation and use of all fire pits and burners.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
